Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.
We do understand life happens and emergencies and sicknesses come up, all we ask is that you give as enough notice as you possibly can. Without a 48-hour notice, it is preventing us from servicing another client. To ensure our cancellation policy we do require a credit card to book any service(s) and as a result, the card will be charged accordingly.
